Rewards Update

To the person who requested an update, I'm sorry it's taken me so long to do so; things have been hectic.

The cards are back up and printing at Drivethru, but their delivery dates are extended by several weeks; I'm waiting on proof copies for the GM screens, and also for books of character sheets (I was planning to use one printing option that hasn't worked out like I'd hoped, so I'm experimenting with making books of character sheets into literal books of character sheets that can be shipped via Drivethru).

The sphere cards are still being worked on, but I think will be ready to send to the printer next week.

Coronavirus and Shipping

Drivethru RPG has officially pulled everything that isn't a book from their printing. Because of the virus and the issues that brings to shipping, things like GM screens and cards are not being printed at the moment; they've completely pulled the options from their stores. They also inform me that they don't know when they suddenly might have to do the same thing with books.

Where does that leave us? Well, I got the proof for the GM screens a bit ago and there was an issue; it's alright, I just needed to make an update and get another proof copy. Now that the cards are pulled, though, for the immediate future I can't get that fixed nor get them printed and shipped out to you.

Development on the cards is still progressing, but this means when we get those done and ready for sending to the printer, we likewise might have to wait.

Luckily the books have already been printed and shipped, but I just wanted to let you know that the GM screens and the rest of the physical rewards are, for the moment, on a hold that's beyond our control. We will let you know when Drivethru tells us printing has resumed, but until then I apologize. Just wanted to let you know.

Hardcovers Are Heading Your Way

The Hardcover proof has arrived and its... big.

REALLY big.

Which means the final hurdle has been crossed, and we are now ready to send hardcovers your way! You should get an email before the day is out saying that your hardcover is heading your way; if you do not, let me know.

Thank you to all of you who have waited so patiently for your books. If an orc attacks your gaming group and you have nothing to defend yourself with other than this book, I hope you will find that it was worth the wait.

GM Screens

I've contacted those of you who wanted a Drivethru RPG GM screen about whether you wanted a vertical or horizontal setup, but I still haven't heard back from everyone; if you were someone who got that add-on, please let me know which orientation you want and we will get that out to you as well.

Hardcovers Ho!

The Hardcovers are coming the hardcovers are coming!!

The issue has been fixed, and the proof copy has been printed and is in the mail! That means that, once it arrives and we're sure there isn't some sort of OTHER glitch going on, we'll be able to put in the orders to get them all printed and shipped out to you. This means that I can reasonably say that the Hardcovers should be arriving in your respective homes in a few weeks, by the end of March at the absolute latest.

Thank you all to everyone who's waited patiently while we got this sorted out; with the hardcovers figured out and everything else being wrapped up, I'm excited to be able to finally get you your other physical rewards.

Hardcovers, SoM support, and other rewards

The Hardcover is... still not sorted out. I admit to being a bit worried, but if they have not sorted it out on their end by the end of this week, there are other (albeit time-consuming) options I can pursue. You WILL get your book, and I apologize that it's being so strangely difficult to get it all sorted out for you.

I wanted to give you an update on the other rewards, as well as point out a quick opportunity, that... frankly, I'm surprised it didn't occur to me to do earlier.

Spheres of Power Support Packs, now with Spheres of Might!

The Spheres of Power support packs are ready to order from the printer, and in a move that I genuinely don't know why I didn't do, we're ordering Spheres of Might packs as well!

Spheres of Might packs will include the iconics for BOTH Spheres of Might and Champions of the Spheres; just like with Spheres of Power, these will be in pawn setup. This pack will also include tokens for tracking martial focus; while only one (sometimes two) are needed for an individual character, we can include up to 6, so expect to see 6 of them.

Because of the lack of hundreds of tiny spell point tracking tokens, the Spheres of Might support packs will come in at $15 instead of $20 (plus shipping). However, since we already locked down backerkit there seems to be no handy method to let you just add those two your previous setups, so instead we set up this handy paypal button. If you want to add a Spheres of Might support pack to what you're already getting, please follow the link; we'll take care of the rest. We're ordering a bunch of these things from the printer so we don't anticipate running out, so please let us know if this is something you want and we'll get those out to you.

Character Sheets, GM Screens, and Sphere Cards

The character sheet packs and GM screens are going to the printer this week; they too will have a slight back and forth as we get proofs sorted, but unless they too have the sort of weird glitch that's holding the Hardcover hostage, we anticipate being able to get those to you in a few weeks. The Sphere Cards, however, will take a bit longer still; they are VERY time consuming to make and we're still putting them together. However, we have enlisted outside help to get them put together faster, and we will let you know when we have a better ETA on them.
