Happy (Belated) Christmas!

It's not belated yet, but unfortunately I won't be able to get the PDF to you all before tomorrow like I'd hoped.
It's just.... so big. I've tried to do all I can, but there comes a point where pushing any further will result in mistakes, and I do have children who would much prefer I spend Christmas Eve with them rather than working any more on this right now.
I hope to be able to get it to you before New Years, but since I don't want to end up in this situation again in a week, I will only promise that the book will be released before January 7th; that way if something gets in the way of the New Years release date I won't find myself back here again.
But enough about that; Happy Holidays, happy gaming, and when next I contact you, it will be to show off to you the amazing book that all of you have come together and helped us create. We couldn't have been here if it hadn't been for our Kickstarter and Patreon backers who have helped us turn the Spheres of Power system and the entirety of Drop Dead Studios into the amazing things they are today!
Thank you,
Adam

The book is in officially in layout now, with the goal of having it out to you by Christmas, though of course the physical book will take longer while we wait for proofs to ship and all that.
While we wait, here's some of the artwork that will be included in the book:
Support Pack Correction

I wrote the update saying we'd be able to add in a special chit for tracking martial focus before I'd actually checked with the printer to see if it was possible; a rookie mistake. While it seemed to me there was space, apparently the way they do things means it can't be done (at least not without some finagling that probably won't work and will take quite a while to try and just isn't worth the headache), so focus trackers won't be a thing for the support pack.
It makes me sad, but it means I know what stretch goal number one will be the next time we DO have a kickstarter that does anything involving Spheres of Might.
I'm sorry for the backtrack on that, thank you for your understanding,
Adam
The Support Pack is Here, and it is Wonderful.

We got the proof copy of the support pack in, and it is wonderful.
The pieces look great, and the stand setup means you can use them even if you don't pack the gear normally required to use pawns.
The only issue I have with them is that the laser cutter that cut them out left behind some soot; after breaking the pieces out, you'll probably have to wash your hands. As complaints though, that's not very bad at all.
And, as a bonus, it turns out there's a little bit of room left in the pack that we can fill! We're thinking of throwing in a token for tracking martial focus for Spheres of Might (side 1 you have it, side 2 you don't).
At this moment we're putting together the card decks to make sure those work. It's a LOT of layout as well as some fudging of language to fit everything on to cards, but it's shaping up very well and I'm very happy with how its looking.
Assuming no problems, I believe I will be able to get everything to you by Christmas. I wanted to get things ready earlier, but I knew I'd need a buffer in case things went longer than intended, and after how big the playtest got, it turns out that buffer was necessary.
Thank you all, I can't wait to get you your book, it's shaping up very well an I can't wait for you to see it in all its completed glory.
Ultimate Spheres of Power Playtest: The Next Step

The Ultimate Spheres of Power playtest has been much more rigorous than I'd thought it would be; you've come out in droves to give your thoughts and opinions, and its the sort of feedback and engagement that designers dream of getting.
While the playtest is not finished, I will be stepping away from it for a while to focus on getting the rest of the rewards ready. This means it's the perfect time to take that playtest, try out the rules at your own table, and post your feedback for us to read. Once we have everything else in line, we can go back over any new feedback, then start getting the book into layout.
Thank you to everyone who has commented on our playtest and helped us make this book the best it can be. If you still haven't checked out the playtest you can find the links in one of our previous updates.
Thank you all, and happy gaming!
